Tasting Notes strange taste ;) actually it's my first taste pumpkin juice and more as a fruit.

Batch Size 5.50 gallons
Yeast T-58 (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Plastic, 6 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 7 days

Procedure munich, carmel and wheat malt mash 15'@125F -> rise to 150F and mash with pilsener malt too 50'@152F -> rise to 166F and mash 20' -> rise to 173F for the moment. temp. fermentation: 71F;
