Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Sadly I only had a few pints of this before my bogarting room mates housed the keg while I was at work. This was a thick roasty beer with out a lot in the way of hoppiness.

Procedure Mash the grain at 154 for 70 minutes. 4 gallons at 165 should do it. First wort hop with .5 oz tettnanger. Sparge with 180 degree water untill you have 6.5 gallons total. Alow to biol for fifteen minutes then add 1.5 oz tettnanger. Boil for 60 minutes
