A meagar attempt to asimilate the Chouffe Houblin IPA, as it turns out, this beer took off on it own persona that developed to a pretty damn tasty beer. its not a knock off of the Chouffe Houb but a distint cousin ;) ps.. cultured Chouffe Yeast 1 gal starter

Tasting Notes Decesnt balance bewtween the maltiness and hops..hop presence noticable but not overwhelming.. nose of dominant belgian yeast dispite the dry hops????... "Give's ya that nice mellow Belgian Buzz"
