Description
If you like 'em nasty but a little sweet... this is basically a maerzen recipe fermented with ale yeast hopped with lots of hallertau.

Primary Fermentation plastic bucket, 2 weeks
Secondary Fermentation better bottle, 1wk
Other Fermentation keg hopped w/.5 hallertau
Procedure mash grains in 3 qt. of 150F for 1hr. sparge. add to brew kettle. top with water. bring to boil. add salts if needed. hop as scheduled. add extract near end of boil. cool wort. pitch yeast. keep fermentation temps on low side.
