Description
Deep orange in color, complex fruit and spice in nose. Puffy white head that settles down leaving Belgian lace along sides of glass.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Dried apricots,plums and exotic spiciness. Slight smokiness. Complex and ever evolving as the beer warms up.

Procedure Make 2qt yeast starter 2-3 days before brew day. Bottle with 3/4 to 1 cup of corn sugar. Age at least 1month in the bottle before trying(slow to carbonate). Gets alot better with 6mos in bottle if it lasts that long.
