Description
Smooth and rich, very coffee-like but without any burnt astringencies. A bit of espresso-like sweetness, but well balanced. Oats are Simpsons Golden Naked Oats, which are KEY.

Procedure cold steep the roast and chocolate malt, and add them in the last 10 minutes of the boil. One hour mash at 154. Batch-sparge the rest.
