Procedure mash @ 152F for 70 min (4 gal) sparge with 180F (4.5 gal) absorbtion rate= 1.6 gal 1.28qt/1lb of grain dry hop with 1oz Cascade in secondary I wasn't able to submit the OG, but it was actually 1.061. The final gravity was 1.014.
