Yeast Wyeast 1275, 1098, whatever (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation 6 gallon bucket or carboy
Secondary Fermentation Same as above

Procedure Mash grains between 150-154F for an hour. Sparge as usual. Collect roughly 12 gallons of runoff. Add 2 oz chinook @ 60, 2 oz cascade @ 15, 2 oz crystal @ 5 minutes. Add whichever yeast you desire. I have used 1275, 1098, 1028, 1332.
