Description
Was going to go for a Nut Brown, but turned out I bought 20L Crystal and not the 80L I wanted. This beer turned out really good and pretty bang on to the Mild description on BJCP. This was also my 3rd All Grain batch.

Tasting Notes Light Bodied. Malty with a hint of roast.

Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Plastic 4 Days
Secondary Fermentation Glass 7 Days
Other Fermentation
Procedure Mash all grains @ 153F for 60min. Used Batch Sparge proceudre to collect 6 Gallons. Boiled wort for 60min adding 1oz Fuggles @ 60 and .75oz Fuggles at 30. Cooled to 72deg. Transfered to Plastic and added S-04 yeast. Let ferement for 4 days and transfered to Glasss for 7 days and bottled.
