Description
A light-bodied but moderately malty and well-balanced IPA. Selected hops are smoother varieties, giving less harsh bitter notes in the flavor.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Nice. Pleasantly maltiness with a body that seems heavier than the hydrometer suggests. Bursting with hops aroma and flavor -strong grapefruit and orange notes. I can't imagine that this would have come out better than it did, with respect to my target of a user-friendly IPA.
