Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Mouthfeel and body are high priority. Smooth roasted coffee overtones are well paired with the Fuggles. Creamy and silky with a super smooth finish.

Yeast Wyeast 1098 British Ale Yeast (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass 7 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass 14 days

Procedure Add grains to 1.5 gallons water. Steep for 30 mins. Steep grains at 156 degrees. Add Extract and begin boil. Boil 60 mins. Add KG and Magnum hops at Boil start. Add Fuggles as indicated at 20 and 5 mins. and at Boil end. Sparge grains with .5 gallons water. Cool Wort, top to 5 gallons and pitch yeast at 75 degrees. Primary in glass carboy with blowoff tube for 7 days, Secondary in glass carboy with airlock for 10 days. Keg/bottle.
