Procedure The Last hop addition is added after I have already cooled down the wort below 170. I just add it in and stir while my immersion chiller finishes cooling. I got the idea from bob and his sharks tooth recipe. Mash Temp 150 I would go to 153 if using WL001 or US56 I only dry hopped for one week you could go longer but I was trying to make a balanced beer.
