Yeast WLP0001 (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation 6 1/2 gallon carboy
Secondary Fermentation 5 gallon carboy

Procedure Full boil procedure. Add grains and Magnum hops to water and heat to 165 F. Hold at 165 for 20 min. Remove and strain grains, add 1 1/2# of extract, mix and bring to boil. With 15 minutes left turn off heat and add remaining extract. Bring back to boil! Dry hop in secondary with same hop ratio as flameout. I kegged with additional hops as well, but that's me!
