A fruity, spicey farmhouse ale that I brew for the late Spring. The OG should be around 1.064 instead of 1.053

Primary Fermentation Plastic , 18 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 21 days
Other Fermentation Bottle condition, 2 months
Procedure Mash in 146 F for 30 mins. Heat to 151 F and stand for 40 mins. Mash out 168 F and sparge as usual.
