Secondary Fermentation Glass, 4-6 weeks @ 45deg
Other Fermentation diacetyl rest for two days at 65deg before secondary
Procedure Protein @ 125deg for 30mins Sacc @ 153deg for 60mins sparge @168. I hope your efficiency is better than mine. Aerate well and pitch BIG!!!!!
