Description
Deep, dark ruby red & brown. Delicious and smooooth! Good enough that it disappeared way to fast, and have a list of friends who keep asking from more. I get the most requests from the folks who say they don't like "Dark Beer".

Tasting Notes Pours out like a Guiness draft only it's from the bottle, I swear! Great mouthfeel, not to much, but finishes slightly dry. Hints of cocoa and just the right amount of hops. You could put more hops in, but the aroma picks up enough to fool the mouth. I have aged a few to 3 months in the 'fridge and they were the best of all.
Awards Lots o' kudos from friends.

Procedure No special procedures here. Mash at 153 for an hour, sparge at 170. Use some Irish Moss the last 15 minutes. WELL... you could to drop an ounce of hops on the floor like I did, but that is TOTALLY optional!
