Procedure In 2 gallons water, steep grains 30 min @ 155F. Sparge with additional gallon of water at 155F. Add DME and bring to boil. Add 1.5 oz Kent Golding hops. At 45 min, add 0.5 oz Kent Golding and 0.5 whirlfloc tablet. At 10 min add 0.5 oz Chinook hops and at 5 minutes add 0.5 oz Chinook hops. At flame out add mulling spices in a muslin bag, leaving in wort through chilling to 80 F.
