Primary Fermentation 7 days in glass at 70 degrees F
Secondary Fermentation 15 days in glass at 70 degrees
Other Fermentation Bottle Condition for 8 weeks
Procedure Mash grains at 156 degrees for 60 minutes in 2.5 gallons water. Added yeast nutrient and aerate with a whisk after cooling wort.
