Primary Fermentation Bucket 14 days 58 degrees

Procedure BIAB 60 minute mash at 155 degrees. 60 minute boil 1 ounce cluster at 60 and 1 ounce cluster at 10 minutes. Ferment in bucket at 58 degrees for 14 days. Carbonate 2 weeks then store in fridge for as long as you can wait to drink it.
