Procedure I steep in 5.25 gallons and typically lose .75G on a full boil and top up with mineral water to 23L/6 gallons. Ferment in 7.5G bucket for 21 days. I have not had to do a yeast starter to date, just pitch dry. Bottle with 4.5 oz of Corn Sugar in the bottling bucket (after heating up and dissolving in 500ml of water)
