Description
My First Brew (8-2-98).. Nice Hop Flover but I fermented to fast so had some off flavors that calmed with a little time. Hey, she was my first.

Tasting Notes It was good as I can remeber, definitly a nut brone ale, but since it was my first, I did not take great tasting notes..

Yeast 1968 Special London Liquid (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation bucket 4 days
Secondary Fermentation 7 days

Procedure Place 1 pound Crystal Malt and 1/4 pound Choc Malt into 1.5 gallons of water and bring to 160 degrees. Hold for 20 mins. Bring temp to 180 degrees and remove. Sparge with 170 degree water. Add Malt extrats and hops according to schedule
