Description
An attempt to make a beer which is close to seven giraffes.
Submitted by Nisse on 24-Jul-2014

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Malt profile is quite like seven giraffes but the hop profile was terrible (not as it did not taste good but it was not similar). Little bit darker than the orginal, but still the right cloudyness. Big head. Semi-sweet in the beginning with hop flavor. Finish with dry bitterness.

Procedure I used decoction mashing but still had problems with the sparge due to the high content of wheat. Make sure you do a nice, long protein rest.
