Procedure regular mash at 150 deg. sparged at 170. after primary fermentation kegged the first 5 gals. and dry hoped 2nd 5 with 1 oz of cascade.THE og OF 1st 5 gals. batch was 1.070 and fg was 1.02 at 8.26%. 2nd 5 gals. 1.013 at 7.9%. The starter 1st yeast was a little bit more active than the 2nd. one tube in each fermenter.
