Recipe Details
Tasting Notes A lot going on in the pallet with no strong or overbearing flavors. Delicious and sessional. Very easy to drink without tasting bland like a lot of Pale Spring Ales.
Awards Third place at the first annual Battle of the Homebrews event at Greyhound Park and Event Center, Post Falls, ID. May 17, 2014. I won a $370 cash prize and a huge trophy for this entry!

Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 7.50 gallons
Yeast US-05 (80% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Plastic, 15 days
Secondary Fermentation Plastic, 15 days
Other Fermentation Keg Conditioned, 30 days
Procedure Mash Grains at 154 Degrees F for 60 Minutes. This recipe was brewed on a low efficiency system(65%) so adjust your grains accordingly. Fermented at 65 Degrees F. Originally brewed on the spring equinox for Balance, Renewal, and Clarity ;)
