Procedure Strike 170. Target 150 for 1 hour. Sparge with 170. Rest for 5 minutes at flameout, lid cracked. Sink chill with ice water. Pitch at 70 degrees. Primary only. Ferment at 65-70 range. Bottle at 7 days. Kick the bucket every 2 days.
