Procedure Mash relatively low or use whatever technique you like to get a more fermentable/dry wort. Body and malt complexity come from the munich/victory and small amount of caramunich. Also, I use caramunich because I like it, but I imagine any of the lighter cara/crystals would be fine, but should be used sparingly or even not at all. Basically I like the more malty English type ales in general, so adjust your grain bill if you like a drier American base. Hop notes: Picked the hop bill to produce a clean bitterness with lemony citrus and floral aroma (less 'harsh/resiny/spicy'). Saaz is actually NZ Motueka and the Brewer's Gold is Japanese Sorachi Ace (all the AA% are average, so adjust as needed/preferred for IBUs and aroma). Your mileage may vary as it's unusual to blend more than 4 hops and to blend throughout the entire process besides. I'd use any of the American pale ale yeasts to accentuate the hops and produce a clean and attenuative fermentation. Likewise for fermentation temperature. You don't need any fruity esters, etc.
