Description
a Chinook & Simcoe IPA with a lot of vienna malt
Submitted by Nisse on 13-Oct-2013

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Chinook and Simcoe dominates in this one. Not malty and not so sweet. If I would do it again I would use less chinook and more simcoe. The yeast had problems to settle this time, for some reason, which made it taste yeasty. Will use another yeast next time. Also the beer came out very pale, so an ounce of black malt wouldnt hurt.
