Recipe Details
Tasting Notes The aroma and taste is of citrus like grapefruit and lime with a bit of pine. This is an easy drinking summer time ale. I have brewed this several times and this batch used Citra along with Cascade hops.

Yeast WLP-001 California Ale Yeast (83% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Plastic 20 days at 64 degrees
Secondary Fermentation Plastic 10 days at 40 degrees
Other Fermentation
Procedure The fermentation was all primary, but added biofine after 20 days and then crash cooled and stored another 10 days then kegged this beer. Use high volume CO2 as per style to get a good carbonation making this beer even lighter.
