Description
A very good, light and crisp blonde ale. The Hallertau is mildly fragrant and slightly spicy and the addition of the honey gives it a very slight, dry finish and boosts the ABV slightly without adding additional DME.

Procedure Very straightforward and simple. Cracked and steeped the Carapils and Crystal 10 for ~30 minutes. Added the Munton's and boiled for ~20 minutes before making the first hop addition. Added the honey ~30 minutes. Added the Hallertau at 5 minutes. Pitched with US-05 when the wort temp was <70F. Let it ferment in glass at 63F for 15 days.
