Procedure 1.1lbs LightDME & 1.1lbs Dark DME at 60. 2oz Hallertau hops at 60. 1oz Saaz hops at 60. 10z Saaz hops at 30. 4.4lbs Light DME and tin of Morgans Chocolate Malt at 15 (0.3 1.9 lbs Chocolate and Munich respectively). Strained into fermenter but added most of remnants anyway… Fill to 21L
