Trying to decide on a grain buy shopping list. Is there a way to take a group recipes and create a list of required grain amounts. I tried a brew session, but it won't generate negative amounts in the inventory. I suppose I could preload say a 1000 pounds in each and see how they are reduced, but still a PITA.
Suggestions?

I just do it in excel.
beersmith has the feature, but that doesn't help you.

Yeah, but getting it into excel is a PITA. I tweak my recipes a lot, so in my case it isn't just a few to enter and then multiply.

I guess no one else has figured this out or hasn't tried.

Sorry BB. I use Beer tools, and Beersmith. Both handle the shopping lists beautifully.
