I made a tripel that I dryhopped and spiked w brett l in april. It was 1004 at bottling. Upon bottling it remained pretty flat and sweet for over a month and is now nicely carbed but has a pellicle in each bottle. I see why orval adds lager yeast when bottling at 59 degrees. Do yall think this'll clear up?
