I've got 5 gal of wheat in the secondary, it's been 10 days and fermentation is about over. It's clearing nicely so I'll take a reading in the next day or two. OG was .064. My question is, should I bottle right away or let it age, if so how long and what is the shelf life after it's bottled?

Personally I'd bottle and condition a couple weeks and drink....
It's a wheat beer so to me that makes me think light and young...

Yeah you're beer will last a good amount of time, but I wouldnt' necessarilly age this beer for say, a year or more. The wheat isn't as hardy as barley is, but we don't have your recipe to really decide how long this one could last. I like to give my beers an extended conditioning time after fermentation is complete. I'd give it at least a week after it is done, and leave it on the yeast. Then, bottle and let it sit another 2 weeks plus. Patience Patience Patience....
