Has anyone used all Belgium Pils in a recipe?
Do i need to add any 2 row for conversion or can i just roll with it as is?

As mentioned before, conversion will not be a problem. Be sure to do a full 90 minute boil...lighter malts can give higher levels of DMS unless you do.

I just copied over the Captain Lawrence Xtra Gold recipe from Brew network. It is 86% pils and 14% cane sugar. It should be pretty good. It is a belgian tripel/ american hop hybrid.

I recently did a SMaSH with German Pils and Perle hops, Munich Lager yeast and it turned out AWESOME!!

I like to do a protein rest. I had better results when doing a P rest, but it is not absolutely necessary. As far as conversion, as others have said, no need for extra 2-row.

I was thinking all pils, some flaked maze and sorachi ace hops with ardennes yeast?
