A cups? A couple or three cups for me.
OK I'll stop.
I did a Blonde last week, ale that is, yours looks good to me Pointman.
Here's what I did, though I think I called a gold beer( Thunderbolt Gold)
4 lbs. Pils (Weyer) 31.8 ppp / SRM 7
8 ozs. Aromatic 86.8% Eff.
8 ozs. Wheat
4 ozs. Cara Hell ''
4 ozs. Cara Red
Nottingham dry
OG; 52
IBU; 20 -25
Hops;
.33 ozs. Perle 7.7% 60 m 5:10
.25 ozs. Saaz 2.7% (wh) 45 m 5:25
.50 ozs. Saaz 2.5% (pel) FWH 2:01
3.25 gals. fermenting/ lost 2 qts to pot
ferm. temp 65'f

This is what my wife and daughter like so it's(mostly) for them as they are the singers
in the band of folks thats been drinking up all my beer "can't you make someting thats not so strong and bitter" so I'm trying to do just that.Oh well
As far as yeasts go I don't know what to say Point, but do tell us how it turns out 'cos I
just bought 4 packs of US-05 and have never used it and your recipe is about the same
as I will be brewing for the folks 'sept I'll be addin' that munich or aromatic in there.
Sorry 'bout the jokin' around I'm on my 3rd pint of dark all(6.4%abv)
Matt
