I have access to Organic Millennium Hops. This is a cross between Nugget and Columbus with an aa between 14.5 and 16.5.

Price will be ABOUT $1.50 per ounce or $20 per pound plus shipping from Portland.

Is there any interest in this? If so, please e-mail me - ron@afternoonbrewing.com. If there is enough interest, I will set things up.

OK, looks like there is good interest. I am getting my sample in a couple days. If the sample is good, I will go ahead and order them. I should have them around the 8th or 9th of July. If you are interested, send me an e-mail. I have a feeling I will sell out, so I am making a list.

pricing is going to be $22 per pound plus shipping. Shipping is $5.00 for the first pound, and $4.00 each additional pound. You can also pick up from me in Portland/Beaverton. Bulk pricing is $20 per pound for 20 pounds.

Send me an e-mail and I will put you on the list and let you know when they arrive.

Thanks!

Not a lot of info about this hop. Anyone who has used it want to describe its properties? I see Columbus as a sub.. how close to Columbus is it?

It is a cross between Nugget and Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus. AA is 15.5. It is a fairly new variety.

I have experience with millenium and didn't care for it much. It lacks that certain pungency I can't exactly put my finger on that you get from columbus or the resinous I get from nugget. It would work for bittering but the dry hopping and flavoring quality was less than great. These were Hop Union Millenium.

Worth a try, tastes are of the taster.

I have heard the exact same thing that MrCoffee said. They are very good for bittering because of the high AA, but it is recommend to flavor with a second hop. Still will help to make a great "low-priced" double IPA.

The hops are good! I placed my order yesterday, and will have them on Monday. I will need a day or two to box them up, so I can ship on Wednesday or Thursday.

Final price is $22 per pound + shipping. Shipping is $9.00 for the first pound, $1.50 per each additional pound. If you ware interested in 20 pounds or more, give me a call and I can drop it down to $20 per pound.

If interested, send me an e-mail - ron@afternoonbrewing.com .

I gotta say gents I used Millennium hops about 4 months ago in an American Amber Ale. I bittered with them and then finished up with Cascade and Amarillo. I gotta say, it was QUITE a tasty beer! The keg lasted 3 weeks with only me really drinking it and my buddies all said that it was in my top 3 beers I've ever brewed and the only thing that beats it is a Vanilla Porter I make (not BVIP, just my own concoction of Vanilla porter). You all really have got to try them and see. I'm a big fan of them.

Hey there Mitch - Hops are selling fast. Going a lot better then the kegs were. I have a couple hundred pounds left but they are going quick.

Brewed an IIPA and a Rye IPA over the weekend. If I make it to HopMadness, you can taste it.
