| This beer is best after it has been in the bottle at least a month. before then the ginger flavor is a little strong. This was a very tasty beer with a nice thick head and full flavor. The ginger finish complements it well. | |

| so can we presume that this brew is vegitarian friendly ? (yikes i would hope so) lol. my 'first' cpl of brews included a wild attempt at the infamous pumpkin ale. does this brew taste similar given the ginger and cinn spices ? i may actually give this a try cause i like 'pumpkin pie' spiced flavored ales and this recipe seems safe (minus the animal genitalia of course:-) let me know if there are any tweak s you would make next time round. thks! jffga atlanta, ga. | |
